The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting our AI-driven recruitment and verification platform, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to promote Cazini's AI-driven recruitment and verification platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the platform’s features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by consistently closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to help refine and improve the platform.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with AI or tech-driven solutions in recruitment or verification is an added advantage.
