Linksys Fiber Networks is looking for a warm, tech-savvy communicator with excellent problem-solving skills who will be responsible for providing professional and timely support to customers, responding to enquiries, resolving service-related concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond promptly to customer enquiries through available communication channels.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and support requests professionally.
• Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate where necessary.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide clear and accurate information about company products and services.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Meet established customer service KPIs and performance targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional company image when interacting with customers

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/ICT background
• Positive & professional attitude
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask under minimal supervision
• Meet KPIs
• Prior customer care experience is an advantage
