REGIONAL MANAGER

CEMES LTD industry, is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to join our dynamic team in Uganda. This onsite role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. The Regional Manager will oversee operations, build strategic relationships, ensure business growth, and optimize processes across the region. Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance in line with organizational targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Branch Managers and branch teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor branch productivity, portfolio quality, and customer service standards.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives within your assigned region. •
• Submit timely performance and operational reports to management.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all assigned branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in microfinance, banking, lending, sales, & financial services..
• Certification in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations Management, or Leadership is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent English; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage
