About

This is a dynamic, autonomous role perfect for a "hunter" who thrives on closing B2B deals. You will be the face of the company in Uganda, responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing corporate clients for our BPO and HR services. While our call center operations are run locally in Uganda, our HR delivery team will support you remotely from our Kenyan headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for both Call Center services and HR support solutions across Uganda.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold calling/networking to signing service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Market Awareness: Educate the Kampala corporate market on the financial and operational benefits of outsourcing call center and HR activities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide weekly progress reports to the management team in Kenya.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the remote HR team in Kenya and the local call center team in Uganda to ensure client requirements are accurately captured during the proposal stage.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in Uganda (prior experience selling telecom, corporate software, insurance, or professional services is highly advantageous).
  • Network: An existing professional network of corporate decision-makers, HR Managers, and Operations Directors in Kampala.
  • Skills: Exceptional face-to-face pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal local supervision. High integrity and strong accountability

Benefits

  • We believe in rewarding performance. Your compensation is structured to provide financial stability alongside high earning potential through successful sales closure:
  • Gross Base Salary: UGX 1,500,000 to UGX 2,000,000 per month (dependent on experience).
  • Transport Facilitation: The company facilitates transport expenses on a need basis for client meetings and field assignments. Funds are retained by the company and disbursed upon official requisition and approval
  • Communication/Airtime: Fully provided for and facilitated directly within the company's call center infrastructure.
  • Commission Structure: An attractive, uncapped performance-based commission paid on every deal successfully closed.
  • Call Center Contracts: 10% commission on the monthly recurring revenue generated for the first three (3) months of the active contract.
  • HR Services: 10% commission on the total fee collected for one-off placements, training sessions, or retainer setups.
