Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business goals.
• Manage and optimize the company's social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Respond to inquiries on various communication channels and qualify leads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field
• 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing, ideally at a marketplace, fintech, proptech, or other two-sided-growth business in Kenya/East Africa.
• Demonstrated paid social/search results defensible on CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, ASO.
• Proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager; app analytics (Firebase/Mixpanel) a plus.
• Fluency in Kenya's digital context: M-Pesa/mobile money behavior, WhatsApp Business as a channel, local social/search habits.
• Strong copywriting; enough visual/video judgment to brief and approve creative.
